This lovely Rattan Bag is handwoven in the East of Bali, a tiny town recognized for great basketry. The item is called Ata or Ati and also is a reed, making the product strong as well as long-lasting. The items are all “smoked” over coconut husks as a component of the drying out process, which includes wonderful aging and also leaves the bag with a mild natural scent that vanishes in time.
 
Each Rattan Bag Bali is individually handmade made, lined with regular batik print, a natural leather band along with a unique hand woven pattern.
